The Meeting House
The Meeting House is home to our dining services on campus. It got its name from the orginial name for our founders meeting locations. It is a symbol of our hope that you will not only meet a great meal, but to also find community. It is open for all seniors in our local community. So if you live on site, a senior in town for a visit or live our local Inland Empire community, stop by for a meal.
Our kitchen is led by Chef Salina, she has her culinary arts degree and has been a culinary professional with over a decade of experience in food service and kitchen leadership. Before joining our team, Salina worked in a variety of settings including high end restaurants and in a hospital, where she managed high-volume meal service, trained staff, and maintained exceptional food safety and quality standards.
